You'll architect and scale the company-wide performance engine at Almedia, Europe's #3 fastest-growing company in 2025. You'll define how performance is measured, rewarded, and continuously improved across R&D, Product, and Go-to-Market teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up and own company-wide performance tools
• Define KPIs across departments and establish performance multipliers
• Coach leaders on high-performance standards and accountability
• Introduce performance rituals and operating systems

📋 Requirements

• Experience managing performance across R&D, Product, and Go-to-Market departments
• Ability to coach leaders and hold them accountable
• Skill in building frameworks for execution and resilience training
• Understanding of bonus, equity, and commission structures
