💼 About This Role

You'll lead single-sport mountain biking camps for kids at Avid4 Adventure, a company empowering active outdoor lifestyles for over 20 years. You'll ensure safety, teach skills, and serve as a role model for campers. This role offers certification bonuses and paid training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead single-sport mountain biking camps for kids
• Co-lead multi-sport programs as needed
• Manage risk and teach safe recreation practices
• Provide excellent customer service to campers and families

📋 Requirements

• 18 years of age by start of camp
• Basic First Aid, CPR, and Mandatory Reporter certification by start of camp
• Driver eligibility: 20+ years old, valid license, clean record (for driving roles)
• 1+ years of experience working with kids preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in mountain biking or core sports
• WFA, IMBA/ICP, or teaching certification
