💼 About This Role

You'll provide OT services to K-8 students at Mid Cape Global Academy in Cape Coral, FL. You'll build consistent, trusting relationships with students needing fine motor, sensory processing, and self-regulation support. This role offers above-market pay and a supportive W-2 employment model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide direct OT services focusing on fine motor, sensory, and self-regulation skills
• Conduct initial evaluations and triennial re-evaluations
• Partner with classroom teachers to embed OT strategies into daily routines
• Participate in IEP meetings and build relationships with students and families

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE-accredited program
• Active Florida OT license or ability to obtain within 30 days
• NBCOT certification current or eligible
