You'll provide in-home occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients, helping them regain independence and safely navigate daily routines. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery and preventive care

📋 Requirements

• Active OT license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation for home visits
• Comfort with basic tech (email, tablet, EMR)
