- Manage Level 3 support tickets ensuring timely resolution.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues including database debugging.
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base.
- Collaborate on integration guides for SDKs and APIs.
๐ Requirements
- Object-oriented programming experience.
- Java and Spring Boot experience.
- Database debugging skills including indexes and stored procedures.
- RESTful/SOAP web services experience.
โจ Nice to Have
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Batch/bash scripting experience.
- Understanding of networking and security protocols.
