You'll handle Level 3 support tickets and diagnose complex technical issues for a cybersecurity company building digital identity solutions. You'll resolve database-level bugs and improve documentation. This role offers remote work in Argentina.

  • Manage Level 3 support tickets ensuring timely resolution.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues including database debugging.
  • Document solutions and maintain knowledge base.
  • Collaborate on integration guides for SDKs and APIs.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Object-oriented programming experience.
  • Java and Spring Boot experience.
  • Database debugging skills including indexes and stored procedures.
  • RESTful/SOAP web services experience.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Batch/bash scripting experience.
  • Understanding of networking and security protocols.
