💼 About This Role

You'll lead construction and facilities operations for a technology-first manufacturing startup serving aerospace and defense. You'll manage all site setup, facility maintenance, and EHS programs while developing scalable processes and scouting new locations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop project scopes with manufacturing and mechanical engineers.
• Manage construction contractors and external engineering consultants.
• Oversee all facility maintenance and vendor contracts.
• Create and maintain EHS programs including hazardous waste disposal.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering or construction.
• Construction project scoping and estimation experience.
• Experience managing daily construction operations and contractors.
• Startup experience in fast-paced, unstructured environments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in mechanical, electrical, or environmental engineering.
• Experience with local permitting agencies (AHJs).
• Understanding of OSHA, NFPA, and AQMD requirements.
