You'll oversee day-to-day vehicle reconditioning operations in a lean manufacturing environment, leading a team of up to 70 associates. You'll drive continuous improvement and ensure quality, production, and cost targets are met while maintaining high associate engagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the Inspection Center.
• Provide mentoring and accountability to direct reports.
• Ensure adherence to operating standards and performance metrics.
• Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience leading and developing associates.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record.
