You'll serve as the IT escalation point, solving complex technical issues and mentoring team members. Your work directly supports a fast-growing automotive marketplace, impacting tens of millions of users. You'll also drive automation and process improvements to boost efficiency.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Escalate and resolve complex technical issues, documenting solutions in Confluence.
- Mentor junior team members and host walk-in support sessions.
- Manage user lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding.
- Develop automation scripts to improve team productivity.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of desktop support or IT-related experience.
- Proficiency in scripting with Python or JavaScript.
- Experience supporting MACs and PCs in an enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of Jira Service Management and ITIL best practices.
โจ Nice to Have
- Certifications like CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Jamf Certified.
- Experience with AI application support and troubleshooting APIs.
