  • Escalate and resolve complex technical issues, documenting solutions in Confluence.
  • Mentor junior team members and host walk-in support sessions.
  • Manage user lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Develop automation scripts to improve team productivity.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of desktop support or IT-related experience.
  • Proficiency in scripting with Python or JavaScript.
  • Experience supporting MACs and PCs in an enterprise environment.
  • Knowledge of Jira Service Management and ITIL best practices.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Certifications like CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Jamf Certified.
  • Experience with AI application support and troubleshooting APIs.
