💼 About This Role

You'll lead DTC acquisition strategy for a fintech serving 18M+ customers in LatAm. You'll optimize performance marketing and funnel conversion to drive profitable growth across Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own DTC acquisition strategy across paid and owned channels
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across multiple markets
• Analyze performance using cohort-based metrics (LTV, CAC, payback)
• Collaborate with Risk and Analytics teams on acquisition quality
• Lead structured experimentation across funnel stages

📋 Requirements

• 6–9 years in growth or performance marketing
• Proven experience managing large-scale campaigns with CAC/ROI accountability
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and attribution tools
• Experience in multiple emerging markets (LatAm preferred)
