💼 About This Role

You'll join XP Inc. as a Pleno Operations Analyst handling the full cycle of offshore operations, including trade finance, investment funds, and international settlements. Your work ensures compliance and efficiency in a fast-paced financial environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute trade finance operations (letters of credit, collections, guarantees)
• Support offshore fund operations (subscriptions, redemptions, cash management)
• Perform reconciliations, matching, and settlement of transactions
• Interact with custodians, banks, and counterparties
• Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., Cayman) and support process automation

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years in Trade Finance, Funds, or Financial Markets
• Knowledge of operational cycle and funds
• Advanced Excel skills
• Fluent English (Portuguese is a plus)
