🎯 What You'll Do

• Define reference architecture and technical standards for AI enablement services.
• Establish engineering standards for code quality, TDD, and secure practices.
• Engineer guardrails for AI-assisted workflows ensuring secure-by-default configurations.
• Define integration contracts for tooling operations and automate their configuration.

📋 Requirements

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in new product or technology development.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering or computer science.
• Proven ability to lead technical strategy and influence stakeholders.
• Strong experience in CI/CD practices and operating production systems.

• MBA/MIS/MS degree.
