Description

You will own and drive product initiatives for IEX's options exchange, focusing on operational tooling and member portal. You'll translate complex options workflows into clear requirements, manage the development lifecycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact customer-facing products.

Requirements

• 5+ years as Product Manager or in trading operations working closely with tech teams
• Strong options market experience including trading, market structure, and operational workflows
• Ability to translate business needs into product requirements and test cases
• Familiarity with Jira and agile methodologies

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product initiatives for operational toolset and member portal for options exchange
• Partner with market operations to understand workflows and customer interactions
• Translate business and operational needs into business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Manage product backlog, including writing Jira stories and tickets
• Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to scope and deliver features
