💼 About This Role

You'll lead the CI/CD automation and developer tooling for HighLevel, optimizing build performance and DORA metrics. Your work will directly improve developer productivity for a platform handling billions of API hits daily.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker-in-Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Develop internal tools and frameworks to boost developer efficiency.
• Optimize build performance and reduce build failure rates through automation.
• Monitor and improve key developer productivity KPIs and DORA metrics.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Developer Productivity, DevOps, or Tooling Engineering.
• Deep understanding of Jenkins pipelines (Groovy) or equivalent systems.
• Strong experience with Docker, Docker-in-Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with SonarQube and Jfrog Artifactory integrating into CI/CD.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Node.js.
• Scripting in Bash or Python.
• Experience tracking DORA metrics.
