Description

You will own both sides of a critical marketplace equation: growing rental listing inventory and building commercial products for partners to promote and manage listings. You'll lead a cross-functional pod, drive supply growth, define content quality standards, and own listing promotions, pricing, the partner portal, and payment infrastructure.

• Passionate about building commercial products that drive business impact
• Experience working at the intersection of marketplace supply growth, B2B partner experience, and monetization
• Cross-functional leadership with engineers, designers, and partner success teams
• Data-driven decision making using KPIs like supply, revenue, adoption, and content quality
• Ability to lead competitive analysis and pricing strategy

Responsibilities

• Build and scale rental listing supply across partner integrations, MLS data feeds, and direct-from-owner channels
• Own listings onboarding and content quality experience, enforcing standards for completeness and accuracy
• Drive revenue through listing promotions suite, developing promotion tiers and upsell pathways
• Lead competitive pricing and market intelligence, building a data-driven pricing framework
• Own partner portal product roadmap to reduce friction and increase engagement
