• Design and lead AML frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
• Oversee global sanctions screening for partners and customers

• Provide cross-functional compliance support for ESG reporting

📋 Requirements

• Progressive experience in Compliance with strong AML/sanctions exposure
• Proven ability to design and scale compliance programs across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong understanding of global AML, sanctions, and product compliance frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Certifications like CAMS or CGSS
• Familiarity with ESG and sustainability reporting; CSRD experience a plus
