🎯 What You'll Do

• Structure and execute growth experiments on organic channels
• Analyze complex data to identify funnel optimization opportunities
• Map and optimize the complete customer journey from discovery to activation
• Develop and implement growth loops and viral mechanics

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in growth hacking
• Advanced proficiency in analytical tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
• Intermediate/advanced SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Practical experience in at least 2 organic channels: SEO, content marketing, partnerships, referral programs, or growth loops

• Basic technical knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Google Apps Script
• Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis
• UX/UI knowledge and design tools like Figma, Canva
