You'll own pipeline creation end-to-end for Lumonic, a private credit management platform. You'll design and optimize automated, multi-channel programs driving predictable growth through rapid experimentation. This hands-on role combines growth strategy and technical execution with a focus on outsized impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement automated workflows (Clay, Apollo, Smartlead) for pipeline generation
• Execute integrated campaigns across outbound, paid, and content channels
• Own KPIs and tracking systems to monitor performance and inform strategy
• Launch rapid experiments, validate assumptions, and scale proven tactics

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in B2B demand generation, growth, or RevOps
• Experience building systems that drive pipeline
• Experience with Clay, Apollo, SmartLead, Octave, or similar
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
