You'll autonomously create high-volume content across social media platforms for VaynerMedia's clients. You'll drive consumer engagement by analyzing real-time reactions and adapting content accordingly. You'll also help mentor junior creators on best practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ideate high-volume content across multiple media platforms.
• Analyze real-time social reactions to refine content strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tight deadlines.
• Mentor and guide junior creators and team members.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years professional creative experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Final Cut, or After Effects.
• Experience with DSLR videography/photography.
• Strong content creation skills from concept to execution.
