Description

You will lead a team of Solution Architects, driving strategic development of power system solutions for industrial, data center, and enterprise applications. You will ensure technical excellence, foster innovation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architectural practices with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (master’s preferred)
• 8+ years in power system architecture with 3+ years in leadership role
• Deep knowledge of UL, IEEE standards, and industry best practices
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solution Architects
• Guide development of scalable, standards-compliant power system architectures
• Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to align solutions with customer needs
• Support strategic business development with technical leadership and RFI/RFP responses
• Champion digital transformation and integration of emerging technologies
