💼 About This Role

You'll build and execute Alan's organic social media strategy internationally, turning Alan into the health reference on socials. You'll drive the online conversation about health and build an AI-powered content production system for scalable content creation. This role offers the chance to shape a unique voice across platforms and grow engaged communities globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define Alan's social voice and platform-specific frameworks
• Drive coordination with Brand, Product Marketing, and Growth teams
• Own and execute France organic social strategy end-to-end
• Design and implement AI-powered content production workflows
• Grow and animate communities on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

📋 Requirements

• Ability to build a platform-specific organic social media strategy from scratch
• Strong editorial judgment and autonomous decision-making
• Hands-on content production across formats (short video, carousel, static, copy)
• Experience with AI tools for content creation and agentic pipelines
• Ability to read social analytics and build reporting frameworks

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in health or insurance industry
• Multilingual (French, Spanish, Dutch)
