💼 About This Role

You'll own and execute the organic social media calendar and manage email marketing campaigns. You will build Bluelight's marketing team from scratch, collaborating closely with designers and content writers. This role offers the chance to shape a growing consultancy's marketing in a fully remote, Latin America-based position.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and execute the organic social media calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
• Set up, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns and automated workflows
• Support on-page SEO including metadata, internal linking, and keyword tracking
• Brief and coordinate content production with the freelance writer
• Pull weekly and monthly performance reports from social platforms

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or growth role
• Proven experience managing organic social channels (content calendar, scheduling, community engagement)
• Solid understanding of email marketing: segmentation, automation flows, A/B testing
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals: on-page optimization, keyword research, meta tags
• Analytical mindset: comfortable reading dashboards and making data-informed decisions

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and/or Looker Studio
• Working knowledge of HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, or equivalent)
• Basic knowledge of paid media concepts (briefing media buyer, reading ad reports)
