💼 About This Role

You'll lead finance and operations at a Series A SaaS company, partnering with the CFO to drive strategic growth. Your impact spans building financial models, scaling cross-functional teams, and laying the foundation for Series C. You'll manage a team of six while shaping the company's financial strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and develop a team of six across finance, accounting, HR, legal, and revenue operations.
• Own the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and three-statement financial model.
• Deliver monthly financial reporting packages with variance analysis to executives and board.
• Guide the Controller through month-end close and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Lead the contract review process and manage outside counsel relationships.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience, including team management.
• Experience in SaaS or high-growth startup environments (Series A/B preferred).
• Strong background in financial modeling and FP&A leadership.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams (finance, accounting, HR, legal, revenue ops).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience preparing a company for its first independent audit.
• Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition for SaaS.
• Experience with equity administration and cap table management.
