💼 About This Role

You'll join the Grafana Labs Product Marketing team to own go-to-market programs for open-source observability products. You'll teach product managers how to think about growth and codify product marketing knowledge. This role offers strategic impact in a remote-first, open-source company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with product managers to define messaging and GTM strategy.
• Create materials like reference architectures and implementation guides.
• Own and manage product/feature launches targeting key buyers.
• Conduct customer research to understand pain points and competition.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or product management.
• Experience marketing and selling to a technical audience.
• Proven ability to drive complex projects from start to finish.
• Experience leading product or feature launches autonomously.
