💼 About This Role

You'll support the HR team with day-to-day operations and ensure an exceptional employee experience at a leading mobile games publisher. Your work will impact global HR lifecycle processes across multiple countries, contributing to Voodoo's high-performing corporate function.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own HR lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding across all countries.
• Maintain compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Manage employee data in BambooHR ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Support payroll data processing including bonuses and sick leave.
• Oversee employee benefits administration and provide first-line HR support.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years progressive experience in an HR role (apprenticeship or junior).
• Full proficiency in French and English.
• Understands basic HR processes and eager to learn compliance and payroll.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills.
