💼 About This Role

You'll oversee clinic operations and staff at WelbeHealth's first New Jersey center, ensuring quality care for frail elderly participants. You'll coordinate clinic flow, manage direct reports, and occasionally provide RN support for complex clinical events.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee nursing services and quality of care for participants
• Lead and performance-manage LVNs and MAs
• Coordinate clinic operations and acute/chronic care delivery
• Resolve care-related concerns with participants and families

📋 Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license (unencumbered)
• 5 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting
• 1 year of nursing supervisory experience in a licensed health care facility

• Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred
• Experience with frail or elderly population
