💼 About This Role
You'll lead the German market expansion of RestaurantWeek, managing operations and sales to scale the project in Berlin, Munich, and beyond. You'll drive key performance indicators and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize results. This role offers direct impact on a growing international platform.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Actively sell and manage RestaurantWeek operations in Germany.
- Monitor sales and achieve KPIs for reservations, revenue, and margins.
- Analyze sales data and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, product, and support teams.
📋 Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, project management, or operations.
- Experience in leading business initiatives with P&L responsibility.
- Fluent in German (min. B2/C1) and English (min. B2/C1).
- Ability to analyze sales data and draw actionable conclusions.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or technology platforms.
- Background in gastronomy or hospitality projects.
- Experience with stage-gate project development from launch to scale.
