💼 About This Role

You'll turn departmental goals into functional workflows and manage implementation of new clinical protocols for a health insurance company built on a full stack technology platform. Your core impact will be ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency while resolving technical or regulatory challenges. This role reports into the Senior Director and offers a remote work environment with unlimited vacation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate departmental performance by gathering and interpreting data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate communication and program strategies.
• Independently advance strategic initiatives and navigate obstacles.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of strategic planning or management consulting in healthcare payer/provider.
• 3+ years of experience delivering projects/programs.
• Executed enterprise-wide initiatives with defined project plans and managed implementation activities.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements in programs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Prior Authorization lifecycles and medical benefits management.
• Master's Degree
• PMP or Lean/Six Sigma Certifications
