Description

You will support technical analyses for Starlink's licensing and spectrum coordination, modeling satellite topologies and simulating regulatory scenarios to provide strategic recommendations for global policy advocacy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in electrical engineering or related engineering discipline
• Experience in MATLAB, Python, C++ or similar for RF system modeling
• 1+ years of RF/antenna research, design, or regulatory experience

Responsibilities

• Support technical analyses for RF interference and satellite spectrum coordination
• Model Starlink and other non-GSO satellite operations and hardware
• Simulate scenarios with regulatory, geographic, and technical constraints
• Analyze network and user experience impacts from simulations
• Provide strategic regulatory recommendations for business development
