💼 About This Role

You'll join the Commercialization Team to build a new sales and customer care experience on Salesforce, owning the codebase from day one. You will lead the charge in building Agentforce Agents and bot experiences, moving beyond standard configuration into AI-driven automation. This high-visibility role puts you directly between code and business strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with business teams to implement Salesforce cloud applications.
• Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
• Perform configuration in Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud.
• Design solutions and write functional/technical specifications.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mathematics, computer science, or related field.
• 3-6 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Experience building Agentforce Agent and bot experiences.

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
• Agentforce certification.
• Experience integrating with Big Machines, Docusign, AWS.
