💼 About This Role

You'll own high-complexity onboarding projects for SMB and Enterprise customers across the DACH region, coordinating ERP integrations and guiding customers through sophisticated setups. You'll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring smooth rollouts and successful go-lives while mentoring junior team members.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own high-complexity projects with ERP integrations for Travel & Spend.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholder groups including finance and IT teams.
• Design advanced setups with complex customizations.
• Apply financial expertise to onboard Invoice modules and policies.
• Mentor junior implementation team members.

📋 Requirements

• German working proficiency (must communicate daily with German-speaking customers).
• At least 2 years of project management experience, ideally in implementation.
• Solid technical and/or finance acumen.
• Strong stakeholder alignment and communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with self-serve or custom integrations (SSO, HRIS, SCIM, ERP, CRM).
• Experience in consulting, finance, or customer onboarding.
• Experience in Spend Management solution or ERP implementation.
