Description

You will own the full sales cycle, selling mental health benefits to HR/Benefits leaders at mid-size to large companies. You'll work closely with BDRs and strategic alliances to close opportunities, build business cases for executives, and develop partnerships with brokers and consultants. Your work directly supports our mission to eliminate barriers to mental healthcare for employees globally.

Requirements

  • 8+ years enterprise sales with strong quota attainment
  • Benefits/healthcare sales experience preferred
  • Passion for transforming U.S. healthcare, especially mental health
  • Outstanding communication and collaborative sales approach
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage full sales cycle for companies with 10K-30K employees
  • Collaborate with BDRs and Strategic Alliances to close generated opportunities and self-source within territory
  • Own consultative sales pitches: discovery calls, product demos, pricing, proposals, negotiations
  • Build business cases for VPs and C-levels at mid-size organizations
  • Develop partnerships with health insurance brokers and benefits consultants
