You'll design and build the pre-CRM nurturing pipeline that powers automated re-engagement flows and lead readiness scoring for a high-leverage engineering role on the Leads platform. Your work directly impacts lead-to-transaction conversion at a real estate industry leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build automated lead nurturing pipelines across SMS, email, and voice
• Own and operate AWS Connect integration for concierge experiences
• Build and maintain unclaimed lead management and escalation flows
• Develop lead readiness scoring models for agent assignment

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years developing high-performance software with Python or NodeJS
• Experience with gRPC or Thrift for server-to-server communication
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven stateful automation
• 3+ years using AWS / cloud technologies

✨ Nice to Have

• AWS Connect or similar CCaaS platform experience
• Lead lifecycle and CRM systems familiarity
• Engagement automation pipeline experience
