Description

You will deliver one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in clients' homes or apartment gyms, customizing workout programs, using the Svetness Fitness App for client sessions, and conducting reassessments every 4-6 weeks. You'll enjoy flexible scheduling, competitive hourly rates, and ongoing support and education.

Requirements

NCCA/DEAC/NBFE-accredited Personal Trainer certification
Up-to-date CPR/AED certification
High school diploma/GED and 1-3 years personal training experience
Strong communication skills and basic nutrition knowledge
Reliable transportation and personal basic training equipment

Responsibilities

Customize client workout programs from Initial Assessment
Use Svetness Fitness App for all client sessions and programming notes
Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form with or without modifications
Conduct client Reassessments every 4-6 weeks
Maintain client session appointments via scheduling software
