🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute the integration roadmap with strategic partners
• Lead cross-functional discovery and prioritization of high-impact initiatives
• Track KPIs and OKRs to drive data-informed decisions
• Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 6-8+ years of product management in high-growth environments
• Deep expertise in APIs and integration design patterns
• Proven track record of scaling complex integrations
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic prioritization skills

• 3+ years building enterprise HRIS/ERP payroll integrations
