You'll lead technical accounting research for a pioneering AI cloud infrastructure company. Your work ensures accurate financial reporting and supports IPO readiness efforts. This role sits at the intersection of accounting and business strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical accounting research and prepare memos for complex transactions
• Analyze accounting implications of significant transactions (revenue, equity, leases)
• Partner cross-functionally to assess accounting impacts before execution
• Support IPO readiness by drafting technical disclosures and assisting with S-1/10-K

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of technical accounting experience (Big 4 or public company)
• Active CPA required
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP for complex transactions

✨ Nice to Have

• Big 4 audit or accounting advisory experience
• Deep knowledge of ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 718
• Experience with pre-IPO technical matters
