You'll build targeted sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent for a fast-growing fintech that's redefining consumer lending. You'll own proactive sourcing for engineering, data science, AI, and credit risk roles, and partner closely with Talent Partners and hiring managers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute targeted sourcing strategies for technical roles
• Proactively source candidates for engineering, data science, AI, and credit risk
• Engage and nurture active and passive candidates
• Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers on role requirements
• Maintain talent pipelines in Ashby ATS

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or sourcing
• Proven experience sourcing for software engineering or technical roles
• Comfortable owning multiple pipelines simultaneously
• Strong understanding of how to find and engage passive technical talent

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ashby or similar ATS
• Data-oriented mindset with sourcing analytics
• Knowledge of fintech or lending industry
