Description

You will lead day-to-day operations of the Raleigh office, shape local culture, support global employee experience and onboarding programs, and deliver a seamless workplace experience while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements

• 3-4 years experience in workplace or employee experience roles; office site lead preferred
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Raleigh
• Experience supporting hybrid work environments and distributed workforce
• Familiarity with vendor management, budgeting, onboarding, event logistics, employee engagement
• Physically able to lift up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day workplace operations and oversee experience in Raleigh office
• Own workplace programs: food, supplies, mail, visitor support
• Be main point of contact for workplace needs, manage service tickets globally
• Support event logistics and new hire onboarding experience locally
• Track vendor spend, manage budgets, ensure compliance with health/safety
