💼 About This Role

You'll join the Starship electronics team to design and ensure reliability of PCBs for deep space travel. You'll fully own stack-up design, material introduction, and reliability campaigns. This role works with world-class engineers on audacious goals for a multi-planetary future.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead PCB stack-up design and development for all Starship PCBs
• Drive introduction of new materials with design and supply chain teams
• Create test plans and drive PCB reliability campaigns for volume production
• Manage DFM and communicate between engineering teams and PCB vendors

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in materials science, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent
• 1+ years of professional experience in PCB design, reliability, or fabrication

• Experience with PCB materials and fabrication processes
• Knowledge of IPC manufacturing standards
• Experience running failure analysis with X-Ray, cross-section, and polishing
