• Provide world-class IT support to APJ employees
• Resolve issues via Slack and Zoom with first-touch resolution
• Manage app provisioning and de-provisioning for new hires
• Offer onsite support in Sydney office and occasional travel

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years in an IT Helpdesk environment
• Familiarity with macOS (JAMF) and Windows (Intune)
• Employee-first mindset and strong communication skills
