💼 About This Role

You'll lead the integration of AI and machine learning into Sword Health's supply chain, connecting ERP systems, planning tools, and data into a cohesive, intelligent ecosystem. Your work will drive a minimum 10x increase in productivity and efficiency across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design AI-enabled event-driven workflows to automate supply chain tasks
• Deploy intelligent document processing for invoice and contract data extraction
• Develop predictive models to identify disruptions and trigger mitigations
• Lead integration of AI solutions with ERP and planning systems

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain or Operations
• 3+ years delivering AI/ML solutions in a supply chain environment
• Experience using and training LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini)
• Proficiency in SQL and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with optimization platforms like Blue Yonder or Kinaxis RapidResponse
• Additional ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
