💼 About This Role

You'll own the roadmap for Benchling's document and table-based data input surfaces, transforming them into API-driven building blocks. Your work will increase engineering velocity while enabling AI-driven workflows in biotech R&D. This role is critical to helping scientists bring new products to market faster.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own roadmap for document/table data input surfaces with focus on safety and leverage
• Define behavior of formulas, computed fields, lookups, and dependency graphs
• Improve developer productivity by reducing coupling and improving testability
• Partner with Agents team to embed AI agents within document and table surfaces

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
• Degree in life sciences or bioengineering or equivalent hands-on experience
• Experience with high-stakes data use cases where data integrity is paramount
• Strong understanding of tables as systems including formulas and references
