Requirements
- 5-7+ years of CRM experience with global .com markets and high-volume databases
- Advanced understanding of CRM metrics, segmentation, predictive modeling, A/B testing
- Proven track record of building frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making
- Demonstrated success leading geographically spread teams of 20+ people
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
