Description

You will lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams on complex Test Systems Engineering programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project objectives and managing budgets, schedules, and performance. This role requires a Secret Clearance and is onsite in Tucson, AZ.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in Systems Test Engineering for hardware and software development
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar
• Budget and schedule experience with Test Systems Engineering programs
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Direct phases of programs from inception through completion as Integrated Product Manager
• Analyze data and develop solutions within program guidelines
• Facilitate project tasks across organizations to ensure alignment with objectives
• Coordinate proposals, business plans, budgets, and contract terms
• Manage Earned Value Management (EVM) and report program performance
