💼 About This Role

You'll join the Go-to-Market team of a fast-growing AI startup, transcribing and analyzing customer conversations. You'll be the first contact for potential clients, building sales pipelines and testing outreach strategies. This internship offers weekly coaching and a pathway to a Junior AE role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research and identify potential customers and target audiences
• Conduct initial sales conversations with leads via email and LinkedIn
• Test outreach strategies and analyze their effectiveness
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to develop qualified pipeline

📋 Requirements

• Enrolled student in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Communication, Psychology)
• Interest in sales, startups, and technology
• Very good German (C2) and good English (C1) skills
• Strong communication and initiative skills

✨ Nice to Have

• First experience in outbound sales (internships, working student jobs)
• Experience with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or LaGrowthMachine
