💼 About This Role

You'll own revenue accounting for strategic growth initiatives at OpenAI, including M&A integrations and global partnership structures. You'll drive scalable, compliant revenue reporting with high visibility across Controllership, Strategic Finance, and Legal.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as Revenue Accounting DRI for M&A integrations and complex partnerships
• Partner cross-functionally to design compliant revenue solutions
• Assess commercial models for ASC 606 implications and principal vs. agent
• Drive operational readiness for new launches including process and controls
• Support diligence and integration for acquisitions with revenue focus

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in Revenue Accounting or Technical Accounting
• Deep knowledge of ASC 606 across complex revenue models
• Experience with strategic partnerships, M&A integrations, or international expansion
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
