๐ผ About This Role
You'll be the primary point of contact for customers' operational and technical teams, owning the end-to-end customer relationship for AMPECO's EV charging platform. You'll drive value across the full lifecycle from onboarding to long-term satisfaction, orchestrating specialists and resolving service requests hands-on. This role is central to our mission of shaping how AMPECO delivers for enterprise clients.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of customers end-to-end.
- Act as primary contact for operational and technical stakeholders.
- Manage incident and escalation management end-to-end.
- Run operational reviews, status updates, and account health checks.
- Orchestrate specialists to address customer requests quickly.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing role at a software company.
- B2B SaaS or complex B2B products experience preferred.
- Solid technical fluency: reason about architecture and integrations.
- Strong project management and cross-functional delivery skills.

- Experience in eMobility or EV charging industry.
- Familiarity with technical account management or customer success tools.
- Experience with enterprise-level account management.
