You'll prepare cost estimates for electrical construction projects, analyzing plans and specifications to determine labor, material, and equipment needs. You will collaborate with project managers and clients to create competitive project proposals and ensure accurate bids.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Attend pre-bid meetings and prepare RFIs
• Develop cost estimates using Accubid and LiveCount
• Obtain bids from vendors and subcontractors
• Mark up drawings with Bluebeam Revu

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of electrical construction estimating experience
• Proficiency with Accubid Enterprise and LiveCount
• Ability to read electrical specifications and drawings
• Knowledge of building codes and construction methods

• Residential and commercial estimating experience
• Experience with BIM coordination
