💼 About This Role

You'll provide patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities, building trust through consistent presence. You'll conduct daily rounding, prescribe treatments, and address acute issues with flexible scheduling and autonomy. This role offers uncapped productivity-based compensation and up to $50,000 longevity bonus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities
• Conduct daily rounding, prescribe medications and treatment plans
• Address acute and emergent issues as they arise
• Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. license and board certification by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA
• Qualified specialties include Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, or Geriatric Medicine
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
