You'll own BFUSD and structured Earn products, driving growth through data-backed optimization. You'll research yield strategies and lead cross-functional launches to strengthen Binance Earn's competitive edge.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own BFUSD and structured Earn product portfolio end-to-end
• Optimize core metrics including TVL, APY, and user retention
• Research yield strategies and translate insights into product features
• Lead cross-functional execution with Marketing, BD, Risk, and Legal

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in product operations or product management in crypto/DeFi/fintech
• Deep understanding of crypto yield mechanisms like funding rate arbitrage and options
• Proven ability to own a product end-to-end in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive product decisions

✨ Nice to Have

• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Experience with structured earn products
