You will own the delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives, design and build eventing systems for patient journey data, implement integrations with marketing platforms, and champion secure-by-design practices. Your work will enable scalable architecture supporting multiple service lines and analytics.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead engineers and complex projects across teams
• Strong system design, API, and data modeling skills
• Experience building event-driven systems or distributed services
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives with technical plans and milestones
• Design and build eventing capturing key patient journey moments for analytics and reporting
• Implement integrations across internal systems and external marketing platforms ensuring data quality
• Champion secure-by-design practices including privacy and data governance
• Facilitate design reviews and drive alignment across engineering, product, and operations
